Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a notification when your order has shipped.
During high-volume seasons (e.g., holidays or sales events), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several shipping options, including:

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we are not responsible for shipping delays once a package has left our facility, we’re happy to help you work with the carrier to locate lost packages. If your package is delayed more than 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us at [support@[yourbrand].com].
